Helped open and supervised the construction and development of several gyms, ranging from Retro Fitness to Push Fitness.

 

Completely modernized and updated internal structure of the Push Fitness franchise.

 

Increased sales numbers of Push Fitness flagship using a combination of both my own and six sigma methodologies.

 

Secure sales goals each period for each gym, while personally maintaining a percentile closing rating of over 100%.

 

Managed digital media; including social media marketing gaining media presence which ensured growth in competitive markets.

 

Increased personal training revenue with fitness orientation classes and by upselling numerous image products.
